Privacy Policy — ListingVoice

ListingVoice ("we", "the app") helps real estate agents create listing marketing from voice, text, and photos. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.

Information we process

• Listing content you provide — the voice you dictate (converted to text), typed property notes, the property address, and any photos you choose to add. This is sent to our processing service to generate your listing, social post, and email.
• Profile details — your name and brokerage, which you enter to personalize your listings and emails. These are stored on your device.
• Generated listings — saved on your device so you can revisit them.
• Subscription status — managed by Apple. We do not see or store your payment card details.

How your content is used

Your listing inputs (the property address, your typed or dictated notes, and any photos) are sent to our third-party AI provider only after you give explicit in-app consent, solely to generate your marketing copy and the Fair Housing check, and to provide address suggestions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-party processors

• OpenAI — generates the listing, social, email, and compliance text from your inputs and photos.
• Geoapify — provides address autocomplete suggestions.
• Apple — processes subscriptions and payments.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; we share only what's needed to deliver the feature. They do not use your inputs (text, address, or photos) to train their AI models, do not retain them after the request is completed, and are required to provide an equivalent level of data protection.

Data retention

Listings are stored locally on your device and removed when you delete them or uninstall the app. Inputs sent for generation are processed transiently to produce your output and are not stored on our servers or retained by our AI provider after the request.

Fair Housing notice

The Fair Housing check is an automated aid to help flag potentially non-compliant wording. It is not legal advice, and you remain responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your saved listings and profile details at any time in the app. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
